PSYCH-K®. A set of processes for changing beliefs at the level of the subconscious mind that creates an integrated brain state and takes Spirit into account in the process of change. PSYCH-K® is a set of processes for belief change at the level of the subconscious mind.
PSYCH-K® creates an integrated brain state, also called brain integration, so that we can access our full potential. PSYCH-K® takes the Spirit into account in the process of change through a safe protocol. Our subconscious beliefs determine 95% to 98% of our decisions and behaviour.
Through kinesiology (muscle testing) we access the subconscious mind, which is not consciously accessible. Through movements and postures which we call "Balances" we create a state of brain synchronisation or integrated brain state thus accessing our full potential to change our limiting beliefs for new EMPOWERING and SELF EXPANSIVE beliefs.
These changes are quick, easy and permanent. By changing our beliefs, we change our life.

After 25 years of professional life in all kinds of companies, SMEs and multinationals, as a team leader, management trainer and consultant in various areas, I opened my own practice in 2016 as a Life Coach and Spiritual Coach. After years of training in the areas of psychology, psychoanalysis, neurology and biology, I took the PSYCH-K® workshops in 2018 and by putting it into practice my life took a 180º turn.
I achieved in the following 2 years, what I had not been able to achieve in the previous 30 years; my personal peace, professional success, economic tranquility, health in all my relationships and an unprecedented mental clarity in my life.
Since then and to this day, I work incessantly to make PSYCH-K® known and available to everyone who needs it. For the happiness of every person, to raise the consciousness of humanity and to transcend our limitations.
Because I believe that the world is the result of the evolution of our consciousness and I want to cooperate to create a better world,..., between all of us.
