How can I buy my ticket on the web?
Go on the web and click on the "tickets" section on the web menu.
Choose the option you want the most.
Face-to-face tickets. Streaming tickets.
Click on the BUY NOW button.
Choose the number of tickets you need.
Once you have completed the first ticket step, choose the type of tickets you want.
As you choose your tickets, you must fill out this form with your personal data.
Accept the purchase conditions to continue buying.
At the time you accept the conditions, you must scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the button "Payment with credit card".
You must fill in the boxes with your card details, to make the purchase of the tickets effective.
Please go to the last step of the checkout process so that you can receive the event ticket to your email.
How to buy my ticket if it does not work with my credit card?

How to get to Barcelona?
Plane: Barcelona has an international airport, known as El Prat, which has two terminals: T1 and T2. The two terminals are connected by a shuttle service, with a frequency of 8 minutes. The airport is located 18 km south of the city. More than one hundred airlines operate in it, connecting the city with 200 destinations around the world. If you arrive by plane, there are different ways to make connections between the airport and the city centre:
Bus: Bus service that quickly connects the two airport terminals by Plaza Catalunya (25-35 minutes) and Plaza España (15-20 minutes). Line A1 connects with T1 and A2 with T2 exclusively. It operates every day from 05.30h to 01.00h
Train: The Rodalies de Catalunya line R-2 Nord connects T2 with Sants station (19 min), Paseo de Gracia (26 min) and Clot-Aragó (30 min). It operates every day from 06:00 to 23:30.
Taxi: A large fleet of taxis is always available at the airport, at any time and from the both airport terminals. The service to or from the airport carries an additional fee for each bag carried.
Train or road
The city of Barcelona is well connected with the rest of the peninsula and Europe through a network of roads and railways.
Road: If you come with a private vehicle, you can find all the information about the road state in the General Traffic Directory. There are also many bus companies that regularly connect to Barcelona. The main bus station in Barcelona is the Barcelona Nord station. There is another smaller one, the Fabra i Puig station.
What is the temperature in September in Barcelona?
During the month of September, the average temperature oscillates between a maximum of 25 degrees and a minimum of 19 degrees. Very sunny for most of the day and with light clouds.
What will be the schedule of the congress?
It will be held on September 22, 23 and 24 from 9 in the morning until 9 at night.

Yes. There will be a space for each speaker and they will be given the opportunity to sell their material. There will also be congress material available for purchase.
If I need help or clarification during the congress, who should I contact?
If at any time you have a question or need help, do not hesitate to ask or go to any person who has the accreditation of the organization. In the case of not finding anyone nearby, do not hesitate to ask a volunteer, and they will quickly find someone from the organization.

We will be streaming The Ufology World Congress 2022 live.
Can children attend the event?
The theme of the congress is designed for an adult audience, and children may not understand much of the content. We are not closed to a young audience, we want to lead the way for new generations. We have Junior tickets to our disposal, valid up to 22 years of age.
Will there be ATMs?
There will be an ATM located in the hotel lobby, near the main entrance.
Can I bring water and food to the conferences?
The hotel has designated areas for eating. No eating will be allowed during the conferences.
Can pets enter the hotel?
No. The hotel does not accept pets inside the premises.
Will there be lockers at the congress?
Yes, but the price of tickets at the box office will be higher than on the web.
Where can I buy my ticket?
Tickets are available on our website in the *tickets tab on the menu. You can also find a ticket office on the day of the congress where you can buy tickets for all three days.
Can I get a refund on my tickets if I cannot attend the congress?
Only in case of covid with approval documents
I have not received a confirmation email with my ticket. What do I have to do?
You must send an email to info@theufologyworldcongress.com with your information and we will send the ticket to your email.
