If you are not satisfied with the event, you can request a refund of the money after the first (Day 1) day of the congress. It is essential that you have attended the first day of the congress and have registered your presence in our database.
You can request a refund at the Customer Service Stand, only from 10:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m. of the 2nd day in a personal way and not by mail, calls or online means, presenting your purchase ticket and document. Right there you will be informed about the refund method.
